Returns & Exchanges 

Our policy lasts 21 days from the date of purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached. 

Some types of items are exempt from being returned. Items such as shakers and signed posters cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items that have been marked down or purchased from an event are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can exchange full priced items for a different size if you do not love the fit of your purchase. If you need to exchange an item please email Morph.TheLabel@gmail.com for Exchange form.

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
